Joel Stieber (License #020028) studied architecture and design at one of the most prestigious art institutes in the world. With an extensive background in marketing and design, he landed a job at an architecture firm in Laguna Beach and never looked back on Real Estate. It was in this capacity that he designed marketing materials for commercial real estate and private residences across the United States seen in numerous print publications (Wall Street Journal, LA Times, San Francisco Chronicle etc.) and online locations (Zillow, Trulia, Homefinder. com etc) Joel used the very latest technology to create highly engaging, interactive content and sales solutions for home builders and commercial developers.
