My first and only experience with Amy's - I brought in a pair of jeans to be hemmed 3". I watched her write 3" on the ticket. Once I got them home, I realized that she had only taken 1" off. I figured everyone makes mistakes, no big deal, I will just bring them back and kindly ask that she take the additional 2" off to reach the original 3" request. When I went back to the store and explained the situation to her she said "THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!". I was in shock! I said I would take my business somewhere else and she said "FINE DO THAT". What kind of customer service is that? Needless to say I will never go there again and I urge everyone NOT to go there! She obviously does not care about repeat customers and growing her business.
