I have never in my life had to deal with a place like this but needed cash ASAP. Since the banks were closed at that time I needed the money I had no choice but to go to a place like this. The customer service was just horrible and I was treated not in a greatest manner. I am in customer service and I would have never treated my customers the way I was treated. I even asked for the district mangers name and #, they refused to give me that information and said they will pass it on to him. I still have no call back so I will assume he/she didnt get that message. This is a small town and word does get out very fast how business treat customers.
