I love my new apartment my daughter and I feel safe and its so close to all the stores and I love the management here.

William Holdings has some of the most amazing locations for where their buildings are. I could not be any more happier with the choice I made of going with them. They have been more than helpful and I am glad that I decided to go with them because they are always there to answer any of my questions.

The complex is large and quiet. It is also secure because to enter the building you need a security key, buzzer/intercom system in place. Also The grounds are very well kept you'll love Villa Edgemont.

I have been renting from William holdings for 1.5 years now and they have been great and easy to work with. they even let me transfer to another unit closer to my job without any hassles although my lease wasn't even close to up. and they are so fast at repairing things, if not the same day they usually send their handyman the following day. I am very happy with the company they have made living here very comfortable.

They gave me a half month off an amazing apartment for a great price already, it was totally renovated...so beautiful! Has wi-fi and some utilities included. The leasing agent was so nice and really helpful! Been here two months. I just wish there was a larger balcony.

William Holdings put me into my new place about a year and a half ago. I love the place I live in. The size is more than I needed for less the price, the location is near the beach, and the staff has always been so helpful and nice to me. I made a great choice using them.
