I have been brining my Maltese here for over 2 years and I am still being treated like it was my first time visiting. They are very good on there prices too, unlike the VCA on Causway Blvd. I tell every one about Airline VCA!

This was the worse experience i have ever had with a vet. They had my dog for four days when she needed surgery and after the four days, the dog still didn't have surgery becasue they were too Busy and i was out $2200! Beware of the VCA's they are only after your money and don't care about the animals. When i got my dog back she was filthy and frightened!

You get the feeling that they are more interested in making money for the "company" than helping your pet. They even back up the previous vaccination date on the reminder cards by one month so they can get you in one month earlier than necessary or required. If you compare your records to the reminders, they are always off by about 30 days.

Office personnel rude beyond belief. Charges are twice what should be. Charge more for the first prescription filled. They pay same price for drugs whether it is the first prescription for your pet or the 30th. Always try to sell you another service. All they think is money not pet care. Worst animal hospital I have ever seen in 30 years of being pet owner.

I would highly recommend VCA. They are very friendly, accessible, and reputable. They are always available when I need them. If I need them after hours there is always some way to get in touch with someone. I recently moved from Texas and was thrilled to see VCA had hospitals in California. The prices are not that high considering the level of service received from the front desk to the doctors. My dogs love going to the Vet!

WOW!!! WATCH OUT FOR THE OFFICE VISIT SUPER-CHARGE!! THEY ALSO SUPER-CHARGE YOU FOR A RE-VISIT !!! ABSOLUTELY NO DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE ANIMALS!! WANT THEM TO GET BACK WITH YOU, DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH!! THEY FINALLY GET AROUND TO CALLING YOU 2 WEEKS LATER!! YOUR ARE MILKED FOR EVERY PENNY THAT YOU HAVE!!VCA NEEDS TO RETHINK MANY OF THEIR EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES!!
