Sent a package priority mail. When they attempted to deliver they returned it because there was no security! My daughter has lived there five years, that's never been an issue. I called the PO they sent instructions to leave it in the lobby. Again there was no compliance. The suggestion? If she wants the package, pick it up. REALLY?

I hate to give them even one star but you have to to post. My entire building gets skipped for mail delivery approximately 3 times per week. I called & forced them to deliver my mail last night. They were "closed" technically (close to 5 pm) but my mail & package arrived via USPS around 9 pm. I was firm & insistent (attorney) because they had not delivered any mail. Letters going out were on our mailbox for days...if you don't get mail delivered every day, call 1 (800) ASK USPS around 4 pm & tell them to deliver your mail immediately. If they get enough calls, maybe the lazy, low IQ'ers will do their job.
