General Info
Marc Asherson serves as managing partner. He provides tax planning and tax consulting services for privately held businesses and high net worth individuals primarily in the real estate, entertainment and service industries. He also consults on partnership and LLC structuring and real estate transactions. Marc began his career with Peat Marwick & Mitchell (KPMG) in Los Angeles. Subsequently Marc worked as a tax manager with Laventhol and Horwath at their Los Angeles office, where he served high net worth families, real estate developers and middle market companies. Marc founded The Tax Consultancy Group in 1991. A magna cum laude graduate, Marc holds a master’s degree in business taxation and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, both from the University of Southern California. Marc is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Marc has a designation as Certified Financial Planner and is a member of the California CPA Society’s estate planning Committee.
