Top floor units subject to AC noise on roof. My unit was horrible and vibrated. You can hear your neighbors' music and TV. Garage has pipes above that allow free flow of dirty water to waterfall down during rains (code violation cited). Low water pressure for bath/shower. Average every 2.5 months water is turned off for "repair." If you don't cook, you still get to smell a nieghbor's cooking as if it was cooked in your apartment. This is a "luxury" building ran in Beverly Hills slum lord fashion. It is a shame because it is great location and nice layout. All that is nice is on the surface but what isn't nice is the vile way the owners wont take care of fundamental problems properly.
