The Alley Dog is a staple of the Santee Alley. Located on 12st in the heart of the Fashion District, it has been in business in the same location since 1982. Throughout the years it has undergone several changes to become what it is today: a place where traditional flavors meet modern concepts. Our cooks use recipes from Mexico and Central America to bring you a taste of authenticity. Our products are made everyday using only the freshest ingredients, bought daily at the local markets, to ensure the quality that you have come to expect from The Alley Dog. And our Hot Dogs, well, our Hot Dogs are a tradition on it's own right in Downtown L.A. The famous Alley Dog, a bacon wrapped, 1/4 lb. dog served on a warm bun topped with bell pepper on a bed of caramelized onions, it's impossible to describe, you have to experience it!
