She has also been involved in multiple antitrust cases relating to mergers and acquisitions of various health insurance companies and conducting Department of Justice Second Request Investigations. Before becoming an attorney, she worked at a research laboratory at UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine.

  A partner in the General Liability Group, Phil’s practice focuses on boxing and other sports and recreation, general and premises liability, and public entity liability. Phil has extensive trial experience and has represented multiple entities and individuals successfully in front of judges and jurors in courts all across Southern California. He is also well versed in appellate matters and skillfully defends his clients from preparation of the appeal to presentation of oral arguments. He is centered on obtaining favorable results for his clients using the most cost-effective and efficient methods.

  Regina graduated cum laude from Chapman University School of Law with an emphasis in Entertainment Law. During law school, Regina served as the Production Editor for Chapman Law Review. She was a recipient of the National Order of Scribes Award. Prior to joining AMWT&C, Regina's work focused on construction defect, habitability, copyright, and business law.
