Incredibly talented workmen, particularily good at dye jobs and repairs. Jonny is a genius at all things leather and really knows his business like nobody elese in all of LA. The place is funky, but they never overcharge, and although they could smile more, they really care about quality.

I have never recieved such awful service in my life. The manager there is rude, the "repairs" are done terribly and unprofessionally. The product is never done in time, always late. When I came in to ask to have my purse strap re-done because it was never fixed in the first place, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $30 to the $20 that I had already paid for. Anyway, there are other friendlier customer service oriented professional places in town. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I WILL ASSURE YOU THAT THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OR BE RUDE TO YOU.
