OMG..I am a groomer who has worked with Verona..for a long time..she has never ever hit a dog. EVER..she is a women who does rescue work and absolutely Loves Dogs..this man who filmed this video ..he put on you tube..never showed the part where he is accusing her of hitting his dog..she is a wonderful person...he just made her so angry ..because he accused her of something she did not do..Verona does not hit dogs ....NEVER...this man is a LIAR...when a dog doesnt get its nails cut regularly..the quick grows long...and sometimes it bleeds..we then have to use a syptic medicine which stops the bleeding. this does not hurt the dog....I feel bad for Verona....she lost her job......because this customer took her anger to another level.....I love you Verona where ever you are...It was pleasure working with you..I have been a Dog Groomer for over fifty years. thats right 50 years...and I Love Dogs.....Its been my lifes work...and honestly......Verona has been a joy to work with....whoever you are ..who posted the video...why didnt you film yourself accusing my friend ...of something I know she would never do....then you go and try to ruin this business....I am not defending her outbursts........but its your fault for bringing her to that point.....I just thank God I never got you for a.customer....I Will be praying for you....and your revengeful ways...
