Ralph came to the house on 8/20. Said he could fix the TV in a couple of days but needed $100 cash. On 8/22 he called, said he needed to order a part and wanted another $100 cash. Told me that he would order part from Kentucky and ship overnight. He would have it by 8/26. Waited. Didn't hear so called him on 8/30. Ralph then said the part would take 7 days to get here, that he would call and check. Ralph calls me on 9/1 and says he has the part and that he will come in a couple of days. Asked if we could please have it fixed by the weekend. Promised he would fix it before the weekend. Doesn't come. Call him again, said he would be there first thing in the morning on 9/3. Again didn't come and I called. Told him I just wanted my money back. He refused. Said he earned it and told me he had taken parts (without my knowledge) and he would give them to me on 9/6. Never returned them or any of the money. Small Claims here I come!

Had picture go out on 2 tv's in a week. Called Ralph at Mobile TV. He came down and was honest and suggested for the smaller tv in the bedroom to just get a new one, the cost to replace the picture tube wouldn't be worth repairing. He then fixed our main tv in the living room at a competitive price and shared his knowledge with us on the tv's we were looking at buying. Steering us away from some he consistently sees problems.
