This was the best experience I had with a body shop. They helped me process my claim with the other parties insurance company, held my car without charging me a dime while I waited for the insurance claim to be approved, contacted the rental car company and had them pick me up from the body shop, kept me informed of the progress of repairs. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of great customer service and great results from repairs. If interested ask for Danny he is amazing.....

I had a BRAND NEW CAR with less than 11,000 miles on when I got hit bad in an intersection. Out of nowhere a tow-truck guy shows up who says it will be free of charge and I ended up at Metro Collision (now called 'Perfect" Collision Center). It took a month to get my car fixed. When I did get the car back, it was given to me with more scratches than when I brought it in. I had 7 deep scratches on my left side mirror and two large scratches on my bumper, in the back of the car,when it was hit in the front! To make things worse, they supposedly "detailed" my car. My brand new vehicle that had a perfect interior was permanently damaged by what they used to clean the carpets and seats. And there were three deep scratches in the plastic of my dash board gadgets. They had to repair the tank for my windshield wiper fluid, but they left it EMPTY! The light they reinstalled is lopsided and has a lower light output. They either gave me a used light fixture or improperly wired it.They are a scam!
