In late 2005, the company merged with the Indegene group of companies, a medical education, training and marketing services provider in India and Asia. The combined companies will continue to operate in the United States as Medsn. The company headquarters is in Culver City, Calif. Medsn has regional offices in Evanston, Ill. and Jersey City, N.J. Founded in 1999, the company merges interactive multimedia technologies with traditional educational methods.
