Pros: Great facial and amazing massage. Friendly staff, no attitude. Spotlessly clean. Tastefully decorated and welcoming. Awesome showers and powerful steam room!Reasonably priced, especially with their package for a massage and facial.Cons: Underground parking was free but was busy. Got a space but took a minute. Allow a little extra time and it's not a big deal. Steam room, but no sauna.

Great Massage and Scrub. I have driven by here on Sawtelle probably a thousand times, but never really thought about trying it. A friend got a gift card and loved it so I thought I would check it out. The location in a shopping center in the trendy Sawtelle area was convenient, but the parking- though free- was a little busy. Don't judge the place until you get inside, it's a quirky shopping center but the spa is tasteful and very clean. I loved the shower with the rain showerhead and the steam room was perfect. It isn't the biggest place but they did a good job with the space they have. I booked a massage and a Vanilla salt scrub. My massage was first and it was one of the best I have had in a long time. My therapist mixed a range of styles for me and while I never really knew if I was getting shiatsu or deep tissue, I didn't really care because it just worked. My scrub was next, and left my skin really, really soft. I am trying a facial next week and will review it
My husband got me a gift certificate for a massage and facial. I am particular about what I put on my face but I didn't want to disappoint my husband by not using the facial. My massage was very good so I was a little less skeptical about the facial. The esthetician was very nice and informative.I liked that she explained everything ahead of time and asked specific questions about my skin but I still got a full hour of "hands on" time too. I ended up liking both the facial and the products that she used. It was very relaxing but I could feel it working. They were a little expensive for me to buy to take home but I did not feel that usual pressure to buy products I have felt when getting facials elsewhere. She gave me a couple of small samples for free. I ended up coming back the next week for another massage and bought some of the products because my skin actually looks better. It is a nice place and the people are very friendly. They have free parking but it can be busy.
Massage can be very hit and miss. I have had consistently very, very good treatments here. I have not tried the skin care treatments yet. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the locker area, while on the smaller side, is clean and upscale. The steam rooms are small, but work really well. The treatment rooms are large and the tables are comfortable. They can usually take same day appointments and I like the fact that they are open late. .
