Saturday afternoon and they are supposed to be open but I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Good thing I am not a doctor's office trying to reach them in an emergency!

I would love to give them a better review, but since they have changed names they can't seem to get the billing correct. I have been forwarded past due bills from an old address 4 or 5 times now on a bill that was paid by my credit card. Every time I call them they tell me there is no problem, but then another past due bill arrives.

This is the only pharmacy around LAX for me!! I work across town but switched many years ago to this pharmacy and use it for my whole family. As a health professional, I am impressed by their relations with customers, drug information to patients and the responsiveness. This is also a compounding pharmacy for those who need one and its open on Saturdays as well.Eileen Duncan
