Calling in the repair person is always a nerve wracking experience. Hollywood Appliance Repair proved to be reliable, professional, and effective. We had a failure on a Thermador oven, and Stanley repaired it about a month ago. Although the repair was expensive, mostly due to the parts, it was done well and our ovens work better now than they ever have. In addition to the repair, Stanley made some important adjustments that improved the appliance's performance.

Mike is an amazing appliance expert -- he seems to know everything about every appliance under the sun. His can-do, friendly attitude is a plus, as is his very reasonable pricing. We started using Mike after getting an absurdly high bill from one of the major appliance repair companies in town -- every one of the 5 appliances that needed minor repair was treated separately on the bill, with its own minimum so that the total bill was outrageous.

We have had a Maytag washing machine for nearly fifteen years. It works fantastically most of the time, and we love it. The one instance it broke actually happened a few weeks ago. The dial to set the cycle broke, and while the outer dial was still working, it was still a pain to work around. I was referred to this company by a client of mine who had used them previously. I'm a little nervous when it comes to repair men, because i've dealt with some that were entirely too shady, so it was nice to have someone who was very nice respectful from the get go.
