The service was great

Service is always great.

My appointment was scheduled at 4:20pm. However, I decided to take my car to be maintained at 11:50am because I had evening events at the seminary that day and I was sure I was not going to have my car within an hour. I was very surprised and happy to see they accepted my car even a few hours before my actual appointment time. I left at 4:15pm. The amenities and good wifi made the wait worthwhile. On a side note, Mr. Walter Simmons is an amazing advisor! I really enjoyed his patience, professionalism, and personality. I have been coming to this dealership for a few years now and I notice he was new to the company. This company is tremendously blessed by having this amazing person! He deserves a raise, in my opinion. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, and respectful.

Came in for a walk in oil change and tire rotation for the first required service. Was helped immediately. My car was taken in within 15 min. Wait time was just under 2 hours.

I will definitely return when I need service done on my vehicle. Sarah was very professional and simply amazing, she took very good care of me and the kia team took very good care of my car! I enjoyed the light refreshments in the lobby as you wait! I also appreciated and enjoyed the shuttle service provided by Steve! Steve was also very professional and opened the door for me. I would definitely recommend for others to go to kia of downtown LA! The only thing, and this is extremely small is that I had my car detailed and there was like dust and dirt near the emergency break and my seat belt click thing lol , but other then that! I give 9 out of 10 starz lol if I could!! Thank you!
