Led by Dr. Daniel Kaushansky, Kaushansky Psychology is a private practice offering high-quality psychotherapy to adolescents and adults in the Westwood area of Los Angeles. Dr. Kaushansky is passionate about helping individuals understand the relationships, experiences, and sometimes the unconscious patterns that have shaped their lives. Through compassionate and collaborative exploration, Dr. Kaushanskys goal is to help his patients build increased self-awareness and form new understandings of their past and present so they can feel good about the next chapter of their life.Dr. Kaushanskys philosophy is grounded in psychodynamic theory, with an integration of cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques that can provide urgent symptom alleviation.
