Dr. Noggle is a board certified family medicine physician. He completed his residency with the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he received the Resident Research Award for his work in telemedicine. Prior to family medicine, Dr. Noggle completed two years in general surgery training with the Department of Surgery at the University of Maryland.
