We could not have been more pleased with their service. When my wife's 91 year old mother, Margaret, was diagnosed with esophogal cancer and came to live with us we assumed it would be a very stressful situation. Dick Wiliams recommeded a caregiver name Paulette that was an absolute angel. She was amazingly patient and yet always in control. Margaret could not have received better care. If we needed weekend or nightime assistance, Homewatch was always able to provide us with caregivers who also took great care of Margaret. Ten months later, as Margaret's life was ending and the Hospice care company began to take control, Paulette remained actively involved to make sure that Margaret was always comfortable. We cannot say enough about Homewatch Caregivers,Dick Williams and his staff, and our angel Paulette.
How can i tell you? Let me count the ways. Judy, my care giver from Homewatch, is beyond amazing. Unfortunately, my husband had dementia for 14 years. It gave me lots of experience with caregiver agencies. None was good. When it came time for me to need help, Homewatch was recommended to me by a trusted friend. Hes still a trusted friend. Judy was our second attempt and is wonderful. She is with me 5 or 6 She not only takes care of me but does stuff that is way beyond her job description. I need help becuz of a physical prob. She anticipates my needs. But the best part: she puts up with me.

Cannot tell you enough about this company...their caregivers are truly experienced, compassionate, loving, patient and treat my parents as if they were their own. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
