      Welcome to Elite Cuisine. We are a family owned restaurant, in the food business for over 25 years. We use the freshest meats and vegetables that are available. We make all of our salads fresh daily, as well as some of our meats. Just to mention a few of our specialties; smoked meats, parve cheesecake, and beef jerky. We are under the Hashgacha of the RCC, Rabbinical Council of California. We are Shomer Shabbat, Hassidic Shchita, and Glatt Kosher.
