this has to be the BEST POLLO i have ever visited. The food is great the staff are friendly. The best chicken ever. I dont know what they do different than other Pollo Locos but I hope the continue.
After walking all day in Downtown LA,my family was eager to eat. We love El Pollo Loco and we expected the good service we are used to. But...the cashier was extremely rude, to my dad,my husband, myself, and another customer. She tossed napkins when my husband asked to have some. She ignored me as I stood for over 5 minutes by the counter. When I finally was able to ask for a bag and a to-go box, she rolled her eyes and rudely handed them to me. I will never go back to this location. It is a shame that the cashier would rather be talking to the cooks and being so rude, than be doing her job, like cleaning tables or taking orders in a friendly manner.
