Provided by Doctor.comall questions were answered, Dr.G was cautious and explained the procedure very clearly. Was encouraging and happy with my progress, which encouraged me to keep working hard on my recovery. Recommended a great physical therapy group. His assistant Zohra has been very helpful, as well.

Provided by Doctor.comSo far my interactions have been positive, very helpful and always willing to listen. Both Dr Garabekyan and Zohra have been wonderful to deal with and they make a great medical team. I'm hoping to get both my hips fully working soon and Dr G had been great pre and post surgery with all my issues.

Provided by Doctor.comI am not sure there are enough superlatives to describe my experience w Dr Garabekyan and his assistant, Zohra. They never seemed to be rushed, are always willing to answer questions, even if they are repeat questions. Both have excellent bedside manner. I am 66 yrs old and I have had issues with my Hip for about 20 yrs. Drs kept telling me that my hip was fine although it was extremely painful at times and unable to support me. Dr Garabekyan diagnosed my issue within 2 min of seeing my x-ray and MRI. Surgery was scheduled and I had FAI and labrum repair. No hip replacement in my future!!!!I am so grateful that I found him and his team. My recovery has been very smooth, I walked right after surgery. I am without pain and playing golf again with that pain a distant memory.

Provided by Doctor.comAfter going to numerous specialist and pain management doctors Dr Garabekyan was the first doctor to point out my FAI and said it was the reason for my torn labrum. I first went to Dr G for pain in my left hip that was getting in the way of every day activities. Dr Garabekyan was very clear and made sure I understood everything right from the start. Even after my surgeries he was available by phone or email to quell any of my fears, which sometimes ended up being nothing. I did have to go back for a revision surgery on my left hip due to an anchor that was not holding down my cartilage properly, but I had no fears going under the knife again and Dr G was able to repair everything quite nicely. Now I can go on and be as active as I was prior to the pain.

Provided by Doctor.comIt has been a great experience the entire time. As a dancer, I was really nervous about losing hip mobility and range of motion after going through surgery, but Dr Garabekyan really listened and understood what I wanted, and helped me make the best decision for the longevity of my dancing, as well as the health of my hips. He put me at ease with explaining to me how the surgical process would work, and reassured me that he would do everything he could to help me not lose any mobility in my hips, while still fixing the base of the problem.

Provided by Doctor.comDr. Garabekyan performed two surgeries for me, hip replacement and knee arthroscopic. At every turn, in every respect, he was magnificent. I had complete trust in his judgment, abilities, and care, and that trust paid off. Both surgeries were successful. I can walk, pain-free and glitch-free, and I am grateful to Dr. Garabekyan for bringing me to that happy situation. He's superb!
