The best MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN ECHO PARK AREA!! You could taste the quality of every bite and the food was cooked with great care. Coming to this restaurant was a good experience. I came with my Girlfriend for dinner and she loved it as well. She enjoyed the Fresh Grilled Salmon with a nice cold coke. I enjoyed the fresh shrimp cocktail to start off with a beer. It was delicious with crackers on the side. The music just made the mood even better. I recommend coming to this restaurant if you look to have an amazing night.

The food was amazing! My family and I attended Costa Alegre for the first time and the service was awesome! There was great choices for my family & even choices for my baby sister which is 3yrs. Something for the whole family. I would return any day again .

Costa Alegre has a very friendly environment with a warm feeling as you walk in through the door. The waitresses are very professional and respectful directing you towards a table while offering you something to drink with at the beginning with a side of chips and very unique smokey taste salsa at the side. The food is delectable and mouthwatering just by looking at the menu. The wet burritos are just the right size to fill up a hungry stomach with its choice of red or green sauce. Also offering you great ice cold Mexican beer or a Michelada (Beer with Tomato Cocktail).
