Behavioral Health Services, located at Los Angeles, California, is a non-profit community based healthcare organization that has been serving almost 300,000 people since 1973. It offers services like drug free transitional housing, older adult services, HIV/AIDS and tobacco education, gambling treatment, substance abuse and mental health assessments, medical detoxification, residential/inpatient treatment, outpatient substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, outpatient treatment, prevention services and programs for adolescents and older adults, and geriatric case management. It also offers home care services for disabled adults and feeble and elderly people. Youth services and court-related services are also provided.
