We just moved into the Westchester neighborhood last year and were dreading looking for a new mechanic. I'm happy to report that we've taken our cars to the B&J Service Center about five times now, and every time they've given us honest assessments, good prices and get the work done the same day. The guys can be a bit gruff at times, but the fact that they are not trying to rip us off is what matters most! (We're never bringing our cars back to the dealership again---they just want our wallets!) One example: once I asked the guys to check my brakes to see if they needed to be replaced. The response was, "No replacement needed. You've got about 70% left."
