Garden Plaza Convalescent and Subacute Hospital is a fully licensed and accredited nursing facility with a 130-bed capacity. It offers a wide range of services, such as rehabilitation, ventilator care, wound management program, psychosocial, psychiatry, dysphasia program, respite care and resident care plan services. It also offers treatment for specific conditions, including stroke, brain injury, amputation, multiple sclerosis, dementia, pneumonia, dehydration, cellulites and swallowing disorders.
