Ana M. Rocha is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in geriatric medicine in Santa Monica, CA. Ana’s mission is to provide patient-centered care and to help each individual achieve their own personal goals for wellness. Cancer Survivorship begins from the moment of diagnosis and for the balance of one’s life, this includes the patient’s family and loved ones. As a partner in health, Ana seeks to EMBRACE each patient and family through Education for Mind, Body and Recovery with Advocacy and Compassion to Empower all cancer survivors.
