Our gorgeous daylight environment can also be easily converted to suit studio lighting with its panel curtain system.Located in The Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles, home to an immense collection of early 20th Century commercial architecture, and is listed on the National Registrar of Historic Places. Along with Gallery Row, this area is considered one of the most significant success stories in Los Angeles history for hosting the famous Downtown Art Walk. Its self guided public art tour draws thousands of visitors during its monthly event, and is greatly credited for revitalizing the culture of Downtown LA community.

Make large film trucks, expensive furniture and equipment, and finding last minute crew a thing of the past with our studios provided furnishings, equipment, and even staff. A mixture of props and lighting options are available to assist you in creating your ideal stage, along with video equipment made specifically for modern days DSLR-based film productions. We also have an extensive list of trusted production staff available for bookings, some with as little as a 24 hour notice.
