Founded in 2005, Ruby K s is a locally owned bagel shop, cafe and gathering space that offers breakfast and lunch solutions for guests in Los Alamos in New Mexico. The caf serves a selection of bagels, pastries, sandwiches and soups. Its menu includes chicken Caesar, side and tuna salads. Ruby K s also serves a variety of beverages, such as orange juice, ice tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fountain drinks. The caf offers a children s menu that includes grilled cheese panini and bagel pizza. In addition, it serves cinnamon rolls, gourmet muffins, cookies, and cordon bleu, chicken bacon swigs, and beef and cheddar wraps.
