Please, do not use this company. The owner is from Iran. His greediness caused my family and I pains and he did not care! I hired him on a friend’s recommendation. He was going to get the bathroom Remodelling done in few days but it ended up taking almost 2 months. They will not come in if there was no one around. I lost time from work, waiting for them. They did not show up some of the days they were supposed to. They left the whole house dusty, making the whole place unbearable to live. The broke the pipe controlling the shower during demolition and he asked to pay extra $1100 to fix those pipes out. I simply told him to replace the little pipes since the Hispanic boys he picked up from the streets broke the pipes. Pipes were not broken when he took the job. After I paid him $5200, he did not use professionals to fix remodel the little bathroom but picked some Hispanic boys from the streets who he paid $50. One of his workers from Iran always left and came back pretending he worked all day at my house. He stated that Sam uses him like a fool and will send him to another job if he finished on time and will not pay him. Mr. Sam, the Iranian man made me bought the toilet, the vanity with the sink, up to the paper towel holder. I saw myself spending hell. He claimed he was going to clean the gutters and cut the trees, but he did not fulfil this I only saw them clean the gutter at the back of the house but not the front one. The day we use the bathroom after he ask us to use it, water flooded the whole basement because he actually placed tiles on top of the broken pipes done by his Hispanic boys. This caused me hell, calling the water mitigation company to stop the flood on my basement and removing all the dry walls in the two rooms and the hallway in the basement over another 1 month! I have spent more than $20,000 trying to do repairs to my basement. The Sam came to look at the mess and said “You would hired someone else to remodel your bathroom if you thought we did not do a good job”! The man is greedy and could have replaced the less than $100 pipes before putting in the tiles. He covered the broken tiles caused by his boys and caused a major damage to my house.

iMy wife and I were interested in having all the capering in our home replaced with solid wood flooring. We just happened to stop by Sam' s place to see what they had to offer. He seemed very knowledgable on flooring installations and I was insisting that we get the best quality work. My priorities was the quality of wood, very best workmanship, then price. I oversaw the entire project which entailed over 2400 square feet, and I certainly discovered that these folks are very particular about their workmanship. I did not need to point out areas to improve; and actually was surprised how committed they were to the quality of the installation. The floors look amazing and couldn t expect any better.
