If you are looking for customer service, this is the Lowe's store for you..not only did I receive excellent service over the telephone, it was even better in person. I have to give a huge shout out to Corey and Patrice ( I think that was the young lady's name) the representative in the store. The were both knowledgable and helpful in assisting me. I really felt that went out of the way to help me resolve the issue that I experienced at 2 other Lowe's stores. The Lorain store was clean, excellent set up and from the first foot in the store ( the garden area) everyone had a smile on their face and greet me, my children and my sister from North Carolina. My sister made a comment, "boy, we do not get that in Carolina"....Needless to say, this was the first time in the Lorain Store and I guarantee you, I will continue to drove the 5-6 miles from Elyria to go where people really want to help and enjoy working for this fabulous company.....Keep it up Lowe's, you have a customer for life
