Highly recommended I've been working with FHC for over 5 years. The company has very good benefits and they also offer over time. My clients are very satisfied with the company's services. I'm sure that the previous negative comment was made by an ex-employee who has been fired for poor job performance which is frowned upon at FHC.

This is ONE OF THE WORST so called care agencies in Lorain county!!!! The complaints are endless from employees (large turn-over) and most importantly the persons who depend on the care. The star rating is one quarter of one star. This is a BUSINESS - one that provides government money,only to pad the pockets of the couple that own it.Shameful, unprofessional,unreliable -selfish
