I am so glad to have found Computer Exchange after a TERRIBLE experience at PC Express on Oberlin Ave.! What a nice staff and they always get it RIGHT. Whether your computer needs to be entirely re-done, or it's just a simple problem, you will be glad you went to these guys. They also sell refurbished computers at amazingly reasonable prices. I bought one for my son and he is very happy with it. I recommend them highly!

Worst place! Took my pc in for hard drive repair. He did NOTHING to it so we took it back to him. He then put a USED hard drive in it and also charged us for an antivirus that you can download free from the internet! Our computer is so slow now that I just click and walk away and come back to it. What a joke this place is! Only gave it one star because I had to but otherwise would rate it a zero.

have always used John and his staff as they diagnose first and then let you know the cost! most ppl want more than the computer is worth JUST to look at it then give you some silly high expense. With Computer exchange, repair on an older system is doable!

Courteous, friendly, extremely helpful. Do great analysis of problems and let you know what it will take to fix and cost. Charges for parts and service are very reasonable. Haven't had a problem they couldn't fix, including severe virus problems, lockups, etc. Very satisfied.
