Provided by YPmobileHorrible customer service. They don't care, about you all they care about is getting their money. Even after paying on time every month via auto pay for more than two years which means you've paid back what they paid for trucking school and have cushioned their pockets over $2,000 at this point.....they still only care about getting their money. Very callous man named Richard is most likely whom you will deal with. They do not offer any options that other loans offer such as emergency defferments, or lower income based payments for a period of time till its no longer needed. Let me further explain I am a team driver with my husband. Back in March he went out with another fellow driver to CA (training in a new route) going down i40 by Flagstaff AZ a guy had stolen a car doing 110mph into oncoming traffic they were going 75mph...they hit head on the truck in front of them swerved and there was no reaction time the guy in the car died instantly. Today which is Sept my husband is still in physical therapy and since I was a team driver I am now on unemployment while we journey through this process. Meanwhile dealing with Atlas you can explain you will be a week late past the 14th and it doesn't matter they will go into your bank account on the 15th leaving you with no way to pay your electric or buy any food then their response (Richard) is well we're good we got paid this month and acts as if he has no clue why your upset that they could wait on week for their payment. This is an ongoing issue of callous and disregard. So no I will never recommend a company that lacks any empathy or concern for their clients especially when they paid about $4,000 and ate getting paid back over $10,000 and currently have been paid over $6,000 I just don't find this kind of treatment humane especially since in over 2years I have been late twice and by late I mean just past the due date not even 3days where it's reported to the credit bureau!!
You're better off saving your money and paying cash or just choose a different lender!!
