If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We used our home warranty for a dishwasher repair and this is the company our warranty company went with. The employee at the Ramb's appliance repair assured us our old dishwasher could be fixed. After a month and 2 replaced parts we do not have a working dishwasher and Ramb's appliance refuses to come back to fix it like they said they could. They do not stand by their work and they closed out our ticket even though the dishwasher was not working properly.

Technician does not know what is he doing, he just comes to your house looks are you appliance and orders parts without even knowing what is wrong. It has been over 4 moths now and they still have not fixed my problem and everytime he comes by is to order a different part. Never again will I deal with this company.
