When i called Property Medics and Fix It Up i was wondering how does handyman determine their rates. This service drove to my house for free and gave me an estimate. Then the rate they gave me was unbeatable. I will call them in near future again.

I called on Monday and they came out on Wednesday. Figured out my flickering kitchen light and installed a ceiling fan. Cleaned and re-caulked my shower and did some drywall patches. Showed up on time (they even called on the way) and cost was exactly what they said (bonus - no trip charge). I will definitely use them again.

I love this company. They are reliable, neat, friendly and reasonably priced. My decorator recommended them for hanging some pictures and I have been using them ever since for everything around the house that needs fixing. They are my Go To Can Do handymen!

They delivered exactly what was promised, and they were far quicker than expected. They repaired, power washed and stained our roof deck. The workers couldn`t have been more efficient and polite....they even took time to let our puppy out of his training crate to play with him for a while....and out him back after. Great service. They were able to work with my schedule and the handyman who came out worked very efficiently - repairing a ceiling fan, installing three dimmer switches, and installing a programmable thermostat in one hour. Definitely recommend for basic jobs that you either don`t have time to do or aren`t comfortable doing.

Unbelievably fast, skilled service at a reasonable price. Someone tried to break into my place and damaged my door. Handyman came over and replaced my door within 3 hours. The new door looks and works great. I highly recommend Property Medics and Fix It Up.

I`d recommend Property Medics and Fix It Up without hesitation. Needed them to replace a bathroom vent cover on the 2nd floor that couldn`t be reached with our ladder. Very courteous and professional - called ahead of time to fully understand the job, what tools were necessary and provided us a detailed understanding of the estimated charges (which were very reasonable). Arrived on-time and completed the work promptly. Final work product was of high quality and they even added some caulking to seal some work I had done on my own at no additional charge. Great job.

The service was quick, very professional. I had an emergency door repair that required immedaite, late, after-hours, emergency attention. I engaged Property Medics and Fix It Up to install a garbage disposal (both electrical & plumbing). The technician was on time and extremely knowledgeable. After surveying the project with the technician I ultimately decided to not move forward with the installation due to some impractical issues with the current configuration and age of the building. I used a top rated building inspector prior to purchasing my condo, but in hindsightit would have been more beneficial to hire Handyman Matters to survey the unit with me for feasible projects and unit issues prior to purchasing my residence. I would definitely recommend Property Medics and Fix It Up and plan to use the service again for future projects.
