Don't use this company!!!They came to our house and spent about , maybe, 10 minutes, TOPS and gave us a diagnosis that was TOTALLY incorrect and was a bogus scam to get more money out of us. They showed up with NO TOOLS, tested NOTHING and gave us a totally WRONG diagnosis. We feel that we were taken for our money and we completely suggest that everyone and anyone avoid this company at all costs unless you just want to waste your money and your time.We personally are also filing a complaint against them to the Better Business Bureau today as well. We know this because we called a second company which came out, gave us a correct diagnosis and checked what this company told us and discovered with me watching, that it was TOTALLY WRONG and PROVED that it was totally a bogus diagnosis.Anyway, don't say we didn't warn you! BEWARE!!!!!
