My neighbor refered him to me bc she was so happy with his prices and level of professionalism. I called him for a free estimate, he put me on the schedule, and showed up on time, replaced 5 screen panels on the top of my pool cage. It looks wonderful. He even cleaned up behind himself. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone in need of screen work!! A+

Business owner Grant McPhail adversities in “Everybody’s Business ect.,” my local community magazine for screen repair and was hired to do a screen repair job. Several days ago he set an appointment to discuss pricing for my pool enclosure. Upon his late arrival he pointed out six panels and we came up with a price. I shook his hand and I thought everything was great. To my disbelief, this was the start of everything bad. On the day of the job, he missed his appointment time and didn’t call until 4 hours later. When he did call, it was someone else and they rescheduled the appointment. They arrived a few days later ….late (again,) and unaware of which panels to fix. Because Grant didn’t perform the job, his employees fixed the wrong panel and left behind the pieces of screen, which fell into the bottom of my pool and screws from the door, which I stepped on due to their negligence. Grant states, because he still fixed six panels (one didn’t need fixing) he can’t fix the one he left out as promised. All I wanted him to do was fix what was quoted for the amount quoted. To add to this, the workmanship was sloppy and looked like it was done by an amateur. I placed a call to Grant and he never called me back. After numerous calls, 3 days later he picked up and acted as if he did nothing wrong. This guy is clueless of what his workers are doing when he is not there and is hiring inexperienced workers. Please beware of this company and do your homework before hiring him. In fact, GET A TRUE PROFESSIONAL THAT WILL COMPLETE THE WORK AS PROMISSED and ask if the person giving the quote is the same person performing the job to alleviate any misunderstandings
