The complex is surely not kid friendly, or family friendly. And you do feel like a prisoner in your own apt. But apart from all that there is some illegal stuff going on. And I don't think the owners know exactly what's going on .Did you know there is no contact information on the owner's. How do we contact the? If there is a problem. The only thing that is listed for them is a address. We will see if that is bogus also. So What have we learned from hidden creek apts. Not kid friendly, Not family oriented, And last but not least there is no owners to speak to for tenants rights.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becausewell let me start by saying...this is not an ideal complex if you have children,,,,When you move into an apartment the managers work for you not the other way around...they are there to make sure your housing needs are meet...Here at this complex you feel like a prisoner in your own apartment,,,They are constantly watching you like a hawk..no bikes allowed or scooters or skateboards..the park is dirty and muddy most of the time...these apartments have mold issues..The staff is only nice to you when they want to be,,,If you are a homebody with no kids this would be an ok place to live..they have carports but not for everyone ..so some of the lucky have to park in the dark...and many cars get broken into...rent here goes up almost every year with less amenities then other apartment complexes...good luck on your search for a nice living experience ...
