My boy had a cast put on here and although the cast was great and Doctor was polite the support staff and customer service was not. We paid up front a large portion of the total amount even though our insurance said they would cover it. The lady in the office said it was policy and now we have been given the run around for nearly 6 weeks in trying to get our refund from them because the insurance sent them a check for the full amount. I would call and ask for someone specific and was told they were not there and in the course of the conversation with another person I would hear somebody in the background ask the person I originally asked for a question. Very, very displeased and will never go back.
