First experience - brought a pair of pants and a shirt in for tailoring and told a week which was great. I called the day of and they weren't ready so I went in a few days later and they hadn't even been looked at...I was told I would be called that day when they were or the next and that never happened either, so two weeks passed in total and I called again to explain...fortunately the issue was taken care of but the shirt which can't/ won't be replaced was tailored so small I can even button it. I was wearing it when it was pinned and Ive lost weight since that day...what else needs to be said
