The lady that works in the 430 to 630 pick up lobby is very nice and helpful but other than that that's probably why they got the one start rating other than that this place deserve zero stars
They don't answer the phone and they don't have supplies where you can mail out the things yourself.
if you put something in the dropbox you better pray that it even gets checked in.

What a joke this location apparently is. When a package is shipped for overnight delivery, is delayed for an extra day because of weather (which is understand), and then finally makes it to Longview only to be "lost" is beyond ridiculous. I read another review of someone who had the same problem. Could it be that the package just happens to contain medication? It's not like this medication is for the average person; it's a specialty medication that can only be obtained through a specialty pharmacy and has to be shipped. I've received the run around for two days from the UPS customer service center, which is also a joke and entirely unhelpful. An "I'm sorry" was all I basically got and told that a claim would be filed and that it will be up to me to follow up on it. I am not the incompetent person who lost the package, I'm just the unfortunate victim with absolutely no recourse. UPS needs to modify their process to ensure customer service. I understand why all these reviews got 1 star.

I have the rudest most inconsiderate and downright hateful delivery person. I can't believe this driver even has a job doing what he does. I have always used UPS and had great customer service until this guy. Treats my office people horribly. Gotta find another company

This place is ridiculous. I had a package with 2 day shipping and a guarranteed delivery date, and, when I check the tracking number, it arrived at the facility and never moved again. I've tried calling the store (no answer, of course) and, when you call the main UPS customer service number, they try to push off on the SUPPLIER the responsibility for the package arriving at their store and them pushing it to the side. I cannot believe that they try to bill themselves as reliable mail carriers when they won't even answer the phone.

Tried to call to verify a package being available for pickup in the morning. 30 minutes later still busy. Don't want to drive 10 miles out of the way to pick up a package that will be on the truck tomorrow out for delivery. But I will because they drove right past my address today.

My review is not too good. This location has a sign that says hours are from 4:00 PM to 9:00PM. What kind of hours are those for the business community? Or are they trying to force everybody into paying for pick up service? I try to call them and there is no answer. It is no wonder that UPS is losing the confidence of the people.
