Do yourself a favor and buy your boat anywhere else. When I purchased my 2018 Tracker everyone was super nice and helpful. But the customer service after the sale has been terrible. I took my boat in today to see about getting its yearly service done and taking care of the factory recall on the fuel pump. When I told the man behind the counter that "I need to take care of the the fuel pump recall" his response was a very sarcastic and nasty " And?", to which I politely replied that "and I want to get it fixed" He asked me if i had the "blue dot" I told him I didn't know what that was and HE SIGHED AT ME. He preceded to tell me that "You should have brought it in for all of this during the winter, because all the idiots bring their boats in the summer." Obviously, I left. I have never had anyone in the service busy call me an idiot, much less call all their customers idiots. So do yourself a big favor, BUY YOUR BOAT ANYWHERE ELSE.

Side Note: I took my boat to the tracker store in Tyler, They were very happy to help me with everything I wanted. I even got a great deal on a Helix 7 side view fishfinder, mounted just the way I wanted it.
