We can manufacture almost anything you can throw at us, regardless of materials used or part complexity. Don't have schematics or prints? Bring us a sample part and we will reproduce it within exacting tolerances. Some of our customers would refer to us as a Job Shop. Many of our customers will use us for years on end to produce high volumes of regular parts. Some of these customers have been with us for over 20 years! This is a testament to our capabilities and customer service. If you need a Job Shop that is honest and dependable, we are your source. We do all types of part finishing. We can Heat Treat your parts, or have them Ion Nitride treated for hardness. We also provide Painting, Anodizing, Zinc Coating, and Powder Coating. Need a full assembly manufactured? We will do all the CNC Machining, Manual Machining and Finish Work for each component part. We can then do the Metal Fabrication and Welding to create your full assembly ready to be shipped. Need a part repaired? Bring in the broken part and we will do our best to bring it back to working condition, or reproduce a brand new part to your specifications. We do Repair Work all the time, whether you are a regular customer or just need one part worked on for a specific project. We work with all types of materials. We can machine all grades of Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Nylatron, and other Hard Plastics. Our Welding crew has the expertise to weld many materials. We do Mig Welding, Tig Welding, Stick Welding, Arc Welding, and even Sub Arc Welding.
