This has got to be the sorriest place I ever tried to do business with. The jerk at the front was belligerent from the word go. I virtually got chewed out for coming in at 12:25 pm, lunch for the workers. They were already gone and he said I would have to wait an hour and a half until they got back to get my car door which I had called about the previous day.That means they had to be gone over an hour and a half if they were already gone. I told him I couldn't walk the distance out to the car in the yard because I have heart trouble and he said that I wouldn't be able to pick which door to get in that case. He could have looked at my car and got the closest match. I was willing to pay the extra $25 they want to pull a part for you but he refused to go pull it. There was another lady at the front who could have taken care of the front desk while he pulled the part but I got the impression that kind of work was beneath his station. I think this guy is kind of ignorant as well as rude because he seems bent on destroying his relationship with his potential customers. I'll never go back and will discourage anyone else from dealing with Joe Boys U Pull It.

Do not us joeboys customer service is less than 1 star and they do not warranty there parts they will sell you something and tell you you messed it up putting it in.

If I could give Joe Boys lower than one star I would. First of all, horrible customer service. Second, parts are as much or more expensive than a salvage yard that pulls the parts for you. When I went to return a transmission because half the bolts to hold the transmission together were missing, they would not let me return it saying it has to be installed by a shop to get the 30 day warranty. I never even had to install the transmission to see they did a poor job pulling it. They still would not let me return it saying it was my fault for taking it in the first place then. DO NOT waste your time or money with Joe Boys, save yourself the head ache and go somewhere else to get parts.

Not customer friendly at all! I called for a radiator was tyold they had several. Drove 60 miles and spent all day looking. They tried to sell me one from a eirlier model car that was obviously differant as it had a fill spout mine did not. Bottom line spent all saturday looking for thier non-existant radiatior till everyone else was closed, no one open sunday so taking thiuer word cost me the whole weekend and a 180 mile wasted round trip. You can't believe a word they say and the Big young guy will quote twice the price as the others in that same place don't deal with him at all.
