  In law school, Tamer participated in Baylor Law’s Veterans, Estate Planning, Immigration, and Trial Advocacy clinics. Tamer was awarded the 2021 Bill Kimble Service Award and graduated as a Public Interest Fellow after volunteering over 225 hours and completing the requisite public interest coursework. Tamer also was a member of Baylor’s Barrister Society and represented Baylor Law as a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Team, Baylor’s Sports Law Negotiation Team, and Baylor’s Transactional Law Team, winning Best Buyer Draft & Markup and Best Buyer Negotiation at the 2021 Duke Transactional Law Competition. Tamer also served in leadership roles in the Student Bar Association as Class Secretary during his 2L and 3L years and as Secretary of Baylor Public Interest Law Society.
