Gary Blackaller is a Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Texas. He is a 1978 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station. He earned a degree in civil engineering with an option in surveying, and was inducted into Chi Epsilon, the national honorary civil engineering fraternity. From August 1978 until June 1985, he was employed as an engineer with the Texas Department of Transportation in Longview, Texas. In 1986, he founded Blackaller Engineering.
